Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate project related activities throughout the whole project life cycle to ensure both goals and objectives are accomplished
- Support and collaborate with project managers, team leads, business line leaders and executive management
- Develop and provide recommendations on project plans, activities and working with key stakeholders during project development
- Manage and maintain all business + technical process after the implementation phase, including UAT and quality assurance planning
- Create project related documents including work requirements, specifications preparation and supporting work instructions / workflow
- Coordinate and participate in meetings to ensure project deliverable
- Assist to manage / handle tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree or above in Information Technology, Information System or Business Related disciplines
- Minimum 2-5 year’s relevant experience in IT project implementation or management
- Good understanding and experience in project coordination, application development management and the ability to work across multiple teams
- Ability to understand and transform business requirements and objectives into project plans
- Good knowledge of SDLC, business sense and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and innovative team player with exceptional communications, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Independent, responsible, multitasking and be able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- IT knowledge and skill would definitely be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio and Projects related tools
- Good command in spoken of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Project Coordinator or Project Officer
