Project Coordinator (Fitting Out)

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out project coordination activities, including updating construction drawings, project documentation, and submissions.

  • Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and timely completion of milestones.

  • Coordinate and liaise with various parties to ensure smooth progress of document submissions, material procurement, and site works.

  • Assist with ad hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Construction, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in the Fitout Industry. 

  • Solid experience in project coordination and construction documentation, such as site memo, R.F.I and C.F.I documents.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawings and construction documentation.

  • Knowledge of construction drawings and site Installation experience.

  • Familiarity with Revit and BIM software is an advantage.
