Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage project cash flow projections, conducting rigorous cost monitoring and control.

- Oversee all project documentation, including main contract and subcontract administration, interim payment applications, variation orders, and cost reporting.

- Proactively manage main contract and subcontract claims, variations, and final account negotiations, ensuring accuracy and protecting the company's commercial interests.

- Provide authoritative contractual, financial, and commercial advice to the project team, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities.

- Lead and mentor junior QS staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

Job Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fitting-out industry.

- Candidates with less experience will consider as Assistant Quantity Surveyor

- Strong knowledge and experience in handling large-scale fitting-out projects is highly preferred.

- Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English

- Immediate availability is highly preferred
