Sales Manager (I.T. Solution)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to fulfill the business targets of the I.T. Solution (Oodles)*, which included engaging in aggressive networking and marketing activities, supporting competitive analysis and conducting high-level presentations & meeting with prospective clients / partners

  • Develop and expand existing and new client base while nurturing relationships with existing / new clients to drive business growth on our Oodles Solution* 

  • Engage clients to deeply understand their business challenges and IT requirements

  • Work cross-functionally with our technical and solutions teams to tailor our offerings to meet each client's unique needs

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients (i.e. interior designer firm, contractor, retailer, supplier, etc.). Provide exceptional post-sales support and identify expansion opportunities within your accounts

Job Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Construction or related industry

  • Extensive understanding in the construction and/or materials supplies industry, and a moderate level of technology knowledge is preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of quota attainment and sales success

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
