The "Artisan House" project of No. 1 Sai Yuen Lane, Sai Ying Pun & Sheung Wan, under the New World Development Company Limited (00017), has been completed. The company has undertaken the fitting-out works for lobby, kitchen and bathroom.

"Artisan house" was rated as Class 'A' by a professional inspector and scored 98 points.
