Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for fitting-out and interior design projects, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

• Proactively coordinate architectural fit-out models with structural and MEP models, particularly for suspended ceilings, MEP penetrations, and shop drawing integrations with internal design teams and external consultants.

• Use BIM tools (clash detection, 4D/5D simulation) to improve project efficiency, communication, and control of time, cost, and quality throughout the BIM lifecycle.

• Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal operations teams to maximize BIM application from design to construction, MiC, and DfMA workflows.

• Conduct site visits to verify as-built conditions against models and support on-site coordination.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience, with specific experience in fitting-out, interior design, or A&A projects preferred.

• CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) is highly preferred – candidates actively working towards certification will also be considered.

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks; knowledge  of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a plus.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese  & Mandarin).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to coordinate across multiple trade parties.

• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
