Project Administrator / Assistant Project Administrator / Project Clerk

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project & Construction Department in all aspects of administrative support, such as minutes taking, document control, material & drawing submission and procurement arrangement, etc.

  • Maintain the organized filing system of all correspondences of each project

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the daily operations in a good manner

  • Assist in ad hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in fitting out or engineering or construction industry. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Administrator or Project Clerk

  • Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English

  • Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
