Project Assistant / Project Trainee (Fitting Out)

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with frontline staff and follow up on all aspects of fitting-out projects such as material handling, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure, etc.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Assist the QA/QC team in implementing company policies.

  • Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements

  • F.7 or DSE or above. Candidates with a relevant Diploma will have an advantage

  • Must possess a valid green card (basic safety training). Candidates with Safety Supervisor Certificate & T1 Certificate will have an advantage.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in fitting-out of residential building, commercial or retail projects.

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Trainee. Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Self-initiative, proactive, energetic, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel and work on site.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
