Safety Administrative Assistant / Safety Administrator

Job Responsibilities


  • Work with Safety Team to support the safety administration work

  • Handle safety documentation tasks

  • Coordinate meeting and prepare meeting minutes

  • Assist with work injury case management

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal parties in a good manner to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Assist in ad hoc assignments when required


Job Requirements


  • Higher Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience preferably in fitting out / engineering / construction industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Have work injury case handling experience would be an advantage

  • Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlooks) and Chinese word processing

  • Mature, well-organized, independent, strong sense of responsibility and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
