Safety Administrative Assistant / Safety Administrator
Job Responsibilities
Work with Safety Team to support the safety administration work
Handle safety documentation tasks
Coordinate meeting and prepare meeting minutes
Assist with work injury case management
Liaise and coordinate with internal parties in a good manner to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in ad hoc assignments when required
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines.
Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience preferably in fitting out / engineering / construction industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Have work injury case handling experience would be an advantage
Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlooks) and Chinese word processing
Mature, well-organized, independent, strong sense of responsibility and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
