Job Responsibilities

Tendering Team

• Prepare accurate pre-contract cost estimates.

• Review contract requirements, evaluate tender returns and prepare comprehensive subcontract tender reports.

• Handle contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and value engineering.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful tender submissions.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

AND in respect of Project Team

• Prepare and manage project cash flow projections, conducting rigorous cost monitoring and control.

• Oversee all project documentation, including main contract and subcontract administration, interim payment applications, variation orders, and cost reporting.

• Proactively manage main contract and subcontract claims, variations, and final account negotiations, ensuring accuracy and protecting the company's commercial interests.

• Provide authoritative contractual, financial, and commercial advice to the project team, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities.

• Lead and mentor junior QS staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the fitting-out or interior contracting sector.

• Proven track record in handling large-scale and complex fitting-out projects is highly advantageous.

• Candidates with less experience will consider as Quantity Surveyor

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.

• Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
