Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in all aspects of project follow-up such as material planning, logistics and transportation coordination, etc.

• Supervise and monitor all fitting-out work projects and site matters

• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure specifications, working procedures, work schedules, drawings, and quality control are strictly followed

• Attend regular site meetings and communicate with main-contractor

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services, Interior Design, Occupational Safety and Health, or other related disciplines

• With a valid green card (basic safety training)

• With Safety Supervisor Certificate or T1 Certificate will be an advantage

• At least 3 years of relevant fitting-out and site supervision experiences preferably in residential building, commercial or retail projects. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor

• Candidates with experience in kitchen cabinets are highly preferred

• Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

• Experience in using AutoCAD on fitting-out and renovation projects. More advanced applications such as AutoCAD 3D application, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage

• Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English

• Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
