Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing structural components to determine feasibility of proposed renovation, alterations and additions works.

• Prepare structural detailed design drawings, calculations, material preparation, fabrications for renovations, alterations and additions works ensuring compliance with building codes & practices

• Conduct site visits to inspect structural elements, supervise, or review installation quality to ensure they adhere to approved plans.

• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and MEP engineers to coordinate structural requirements with new fit-out layouts.

• Identify potential structural issues early, proposing alternative solutions to prevent delays or hazards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• At least 5 years’ experience in structural engineering with new building, renovation, alterations and additions works, familiar with code of practice, statutory regulation and BD submissions.

• Strong proficiency AutoCAD software, structural analysis tools, or 3D modeling packages.

• Deep knowledge of physics, mathematics, and building codes.

• Ability to work in team environments and present technical information.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Structural Engineer.
